| Satisfaction Guarantee: That’s right. We guarantee, in writing, that you will be satisfied with our performance and we will not close a work order until you are. Of course, we cannot guarantee that if we perform a Super Cleaning, for example, that you home will never be soiled again, but we can guarantee that when our work is done it will be spotless! Our service is the best and that is why we can guarantee your satisfaction. So what happens if I am not satisfied”, you ask? As we said, we guarantee you will be.

Free Consultation: We offer free consultations for all of our services; including a thorough discussion of your needs and the options we have available to assist you. Depending on which programs interest you, this may involve a visit to your property, as well. After our initial assessment, we present to you a written proposal for review. Upon mutual agreement of the terms of service, we will provide you with a detailed contract that includes our Satisfaction Guarantee. There will be no surprise “extra expenses” when you choose to work with us. We put it all in writing for you up front.
Customer Referral Program: We appreciate it when our happy customers refer to us their friends, family members, coworkers and acquaintances. To express our gratitude we offer our Customer Referral Program. Here is how it works: Existing customers, when you refer someone to our company please have them mention your name or your company name when we ask them how they heard about us, and you will receive a credit to your account equal to 5% of their first service contract with us* to use towards any future work order! There is no limit to the number of referrals or the amount of credit you can accumulate on your account.** Imagine the possibilities! And, don’t forget, your services with us are strictly confidential! Even if you refer someone to us, they won’t have a clue what we did/do for you unless you tell them! So the next time you hear someone griping about how overwhelmed they are, tell them you know just the people to take over!
Multi-Service Discounts: If you are Super Overwhelmed and need us for more than one task, we offer a Multi-Service Discount Program. When you contract NJDespres Enterprises to handle multiple projects at once, we will reward you with generous package discounts. All we require is that the services are scheduled for completion within a 12 month time period, and are contracted by/for the same company or household residents.*** If we provide two services, we will discount your package by 5%.
Three services get you a discount of 10% off your total!
Four or more service contracts and you hit the jackpot with a 20% discount off of each!!! After all, why shouldn't you be rewarded for choosing to get the help you need! We certainly don't want you to have to make an overwhelming decision as to which of our fantastic services to choose, so go ahead, choose them all!
**Credits hold no monetary value and cannot be traded in for actual cash. They can be exchanged for services provided by M3C divisions only, and will stay on account for a period not to exceed 5 years. Discounts cannot be applied to gift purchases in the Remind Me! Services Gift Buying Program. ***Remind Me! Services are typically contracted on per houshold/company basis and would count as one service for up to 12 months.
